how can i recycle old graphite hockey sticks?

i have some graphite/composite sticks that are broken/useless.

i don’t like to throw things away and prefer to recycle everything i can

so are there any suggestions on what i can do to get rid of them other than sending them to a dump?

You can repurpose them. Graphite composite is a strong stiff, light material that doesn’t corrode. It could be used as a garden stake, converted into a walking stick, a pole to tie the dog to, a mounting post for a mail box, a post for a clothes valet.

If you have lots of them, you could cut off the hook bits to get straight planks to build a frame.
