YES!! Racquets after a few years (2/3) do go bad regardless of how well you treat them–often the player won’t notice as the process is gradual. The head will become less stiff as tiny fractures will form–especially if you are a hard hitter. TENNIS magazine recommends replacing a racquet every 2 or 3 years for this reason…

If you break the racket, not the string, it won't work anymore. Any other time you would need a new racket is if you don't hit well with the one you have or you aren't comfortable anymore with it. Also if you get older you don't need the small handle anymore.

well for my tennnis rackets…i had them for more than 5 years and i barely use them…only thing wrong is the string part. but i dont think the frame part will go bad…lol. after 2-3 years, it prob wont go bad since mines still work fine

i dont think so!! cos ive had mine for 2 years already….

to be honest, i dont think so. but the handle would though. so eventually u’ll need to replace the handle cos the rubber will start peeling..

it can be if you are not taking care of it and they can become cracked and stuff you have to watch them like a hawk. had two sons playing in high school and tehy were goodt ake care.
