The material is a moot point….it’s how it feels to you casting it that counts. A good stick can be made of graphite, fiberglass or split cane. In today’s day and age, graphite is the most common.
Your best bet is to go to your local fly shop and seek out advice from locals and the proprietor of the shop. Any good businessman will allow you to cast the rods you are interested in before purchasing, in fact, they should let you try different makes and models with different tapers so you can find one in your price range and that you are comfortable with. Loomis/Sage/Scott/Orvis/Winston/St. Croix are good brands to choose from that all have entry level rods up to high end wares.

I want a really high gloss shine like ass shiny as a NBA Hardwood floor.

Shoe Cream, not "Polish" or "instant shine products" is the best for both composite and real leather as it nourishes the leather. I put it on, let it dry overnight than buff.

Im pretty sure its over a year old and it hasn’t been used in a while.

Master is the distributor of some the best piece of sh*t tackle in the fishing tackle industry. Everything they put their name on is made under the worst conditions in China, Taiwan, and Korea with the cheapest materials possible. This is a HARD FACT, not an opinion.

Composites are made up of fillers, resins, coupling agents and coloring agents. Quartz, silica, zirconia fillers are used in composites. For more info on composites composition, you can refer to following article… http://www.identalhub.com/article_composition-of-composites-41.aspx

i noticed how most are made out of steel or aluminum plus some composites but wouldn’t a Sniper designed to be made out of titanium be stronger a bit lighter (much lighter for it’s weight) all but impervious to corrosion and making everything out of 1 material would probably help to simplify manufacturing probably cutting down the cost somewhat(though it would still be more expensive to produce).

Because titanium is extremely expensive and too light.

Less weight translates into more recoil. Also, titanium isn’t as good as the vibranium and adamantium they use in today’s best top-secret sniper rifles.
