Where can I find a good Aircraft Composites (repair/fabrication) program in southern California, USA?

Specifically preferred locations are Antelope Valley & San Fernando Valley.

the only one I know of is in Reno. Abaris Composite Training

It looks like there is one in Sonoma Ca too.

Niether one is in southern california

    As said before, Abaris in Reno is your best bet. For the good training you gotta travel.
