Some people prefer composite because of the no sting and the light feel. Composites also tend to have larger sweet spots. Aluminum bats can have just as much pop, with a slightly smaller sweet spot. Personally I prefer aluminum because i like the feel and the way they hit. They have more pop, they don't sting your hands, and they're have a MUCH larger sweet spot. Definitely use your composite!
