You can also mix baking soda with the scouring powder and ammonia. Scrub and let it sit on the sinks for a while to pull the stains out. After it does its job then rinse and wipe dry. You could try biological washing powder - put some on a scouring sponge with a little water and rub - or leave a solution in the sink - it works on tea pots. This issue is finding something that works as you will be doing this a lot!!
