Of what material are cheap speakers made?

The cheap speakers. Like the ones you get in a stock car from the 1990’s. Are the cones paper, plastic, some kind of composite, maybe even some kind of metal? I need a low-end comparison against the PEI materials, silks, fiberglass composites, and polypropylene materials.

The vast majority of factory speakers are made of paper, even in the "premium" OEM audio systems.
