which home loan is best in current scenario? hdfc, sbi or axis?

seeking a home loan for 30 Lacs for 20 years for composite home loan in bangalore , also how can i get checked the property papers from bank?

SBI. Always go for Nationalised Banks. There are less/nil hidden charges compared to the private banks. Good Luck.
