Is there a composite reinforcment material made of nylon?

Yes. You have to clarify what kind of reinforcement application you are looking for.
Composites – with other fibers, carbon, ceramic etc, Nylon 6 & 66 are used – mostly as fibre mixed with cementitous materials to provide tensile properties.
Geosynthetic fabrics for example are used extensively for reinforcing earth embankments, road substrates & canal sides among other applications.
