both of those are good majors.. engineering at this moment in time is a good job market to get into because being an engineer means you can always fall back to something in a support role.

i would recommend the mechanical if that electrical one is your only choice … if there are other specializations in the EE go for one of those.

    Choose what you like you can do either and make a good living. You might do better with electronics, but you can do either. If you can’t decide then do electronics.
