Just kind of a general question. I have been playing with some numbers and it appears it must divide one, that seems obvious though, are there any theorems our properties that deal with this thought. I don’t think so.

If composite fiberglass is an insulator, then why do power lines that use this material still use insulators?
I heard newer low voltage (4-34.5kv) powerlines are starting to use composite fiberglass for their poles and cross arm hardware. I heard fiberglass is a really good insulator for electricity. How come these new poles that use this great insulated … Continue reading

Help on a trig question?
Can you show/derive cos3x in terms of cos x alone using composite argument properties and double-argument properties cos3x=cos(2x+x)=cos2x.cosx-sin2x.sinx,while sin2x=2sinx.cosx ,substitute =cos2x.cosx-2sinx.cosx.sinx, sinx.sinx= sin^2x=(1-c0s^2x) =cos2x.cosx-2(1-cos^2x)cosx =cos2x.cosx – 2cosx+2cosxcos^2x cos2x.cosx -2cosx +2cos^3x
