what are lactic acid , methyl ethyl ketone , acrylo nitril , carbon composites and their usage and production?

i want to know how we can produce these materials

Lactic acid –> You can use lactic acid bacteria to make lactic acid. What they will do is feed on a carbohydrate eg glucose UNDER ANAEROBIC CONDITIONS (no oxygen) then glucose get turned into lactic acid. This is how yogourt is made.

Methyl ethyl ketone –> also you can use certain types of bacteria. They have the enzymes that turn a substtrate (starting material) into methyl ethyl ketone. There’s another way but it’s probably using other organic compounds and following complicated steps like adding some kind of reagent in one step then heating the reaction mixture then cooling it and add anotehr reagent and heat again etc.
I don’t know the importance in methyl ethyl ketone but it does have some kind of industrial importance.

Acrylo nitril + carbon composites. They also got some industrial importance.
