Go with the Buckmasters because of draw weight.
30 pounds is not enough if you ever wont to hunt deer or other big game.
My state requires at least 40 pound draw for deer hunting and to me that too light.
I would like to see 50 pound at the very least.
Now you did not say if you were wonting to use it for hunting or not.
So let me state if you are just going to shoot in your back yard or try your hand at 3D shooting the 30 pound would work barely.
But the trajectory will require you to be able to judge the ranges of the target precisely.
Where as the Buckmaster with the 70 pound draw will shoot a lot flatter shooting, there by making it more forgiving if you don’t judge the range to your target precisely.
But you also did not mention the users age or ability, if they cant handle a 70 pound draw it’s of little use.
As to which is the best, it depends on the intended use.
